You’d wait outside the shower every morning like a little sentinel.
You begged for treats like a pro and gave the gentlest, most persistent kisses with your endless licking.
You cuddled like a champion, always knowing when I needed you most.
You were Daddy’s boy through and through.
The house feels so quiet now. But your love still lingers—on the bed, in my heart, and in the Elvis mug that stays right on my nightstand.
