Dear Diamond,

I'm staring at this screen trying to think of how to begin this for you. In the short period of time that we had you, you became a part of our family and filled our hearts with such joy, it was as if you had been here for years. Within the five months of being here, you brought such happiness to me and the kids. You were an amazing, loving, wonderful cat. The way you would run from room to room, come home after a night on the town and want to snuggle, attacking my feet in the middle of the night, following us everywhere, and would sleep in my bra (ha-ha), are memories me and the kids will never forget. Tears are being shed at the absence of your presence. We cannot believe you were taken from us so early in life. Three years old and you have so much love that will last a life time. Know you are never forgotten, you are loved and missed dearly. You have fun in kitty heaven and until we see you again. Forever in our hearts. We love you
