Lasting Paws was hero-like for me during the very recent loss of my first horse, Cosmo, or better yet known as Mo! I had him for just over 10 years, he was enjoying retirement from a life of adventure together in my early teen years- when truly unfortunate events struck this Fall and he lost the fight after giving his everything. It was a really traumatic and heartbreaking time, I’m 23 and maybe lucky I had not had prior experience losing a beloved animal let alone my 1100lb baby and best friend, but that made it even harder. Pet Cremation Services offered me all of the understanding and support in the world, especially in answering all of the hardest questions I had to ask choked up in tears in order to plan the best possible passage for Mo. They called me when Mo arrived at their location after he crossed the rainbow bridge at my barn, told me how beautiful he was, updated me regularly, did whatever they could for me per my requests and were so loving during pick up of Mo’s ashes. Then they sent me a lovely card a few days later signed by them all and personalized with Mo’s name. What a phenomenal place, so much respect, I am so eternally grateful that they accept horses and that I had the option and ability to cremate him. Thank you so much.
