Buddy

2010 - 2025

Buddy was the best cat, he followed me everywhere! He was like a dog, followed me to the pool and sat under my chair, when he was outside for too long and I started to get worried as soon as I called for him and he came running, but he was a good cat and didn't like to make me worry, most of the time he came by the window and checked in! Awww, we definitely have been through it, he even got lost/ran away twice for over a month both times! First time after I had pretty much gave up, cuz it was a new place I was living out by the airport, new neighborhood, I had looked everywhere for weeks, well my roommate calls and says buddy's back, I could hear him meowing in the background, I was so happy and in shock, but I got my ass home real quick, I was so relieved, he must've had a hell of an adventure. Few years later, new home again in the city, Buddy was gone. I put up flyers looked for at least a month almost GAVE up, but one night after dart tournament decided to walk home, and once I got into the neighborhood calling for Buddy, I hear long crying meows and instantly I knew it was my buddy, I found him just laying in someone's yard, oh we were both so happy. He was on the other side of the railroad tracks in that neighborhood which I had not previously thought to look in! Awww he was the best cat, always causing trouble too! Been sprayed by a skunk, fight with a racoon I think, had to take him to vet for a bite on his cheek! Always he was in his two favorite spots, my lap or a tent! I love you buddy, you will be missed!
