Pita and I found each other at a time when we needed each OTHER THE MOST. SHE WAS IN A BID HOME SITUATION AND I WAS FLOUNDERING. We became the best of friends, having many adventures and meeting new people. In 2017 someone special came into our lives. When Rocky and Pita first met, I thought she was going to eat him. But he came prepared with treats and they became best buds. We knew her time was limited when she was diagnosed with heart failure last july. Over the past few weeks we noted changes in her energy level and most telling, her desire to go to the park. Today she simply could not go on. We are heartbroken and will miss her terribly. RIP good dog!
