Bruce Thornberg

2009 - 2026

Our tiny overlord ruled our home, hearts, and laps for 14 years.

Bruce was by my side while i learned how to be an adult. We went on many ADVENTUREs together. He served along side me and my husband in the military. I called him my little Airborne Chihuahua. We lived in 5 states together. he travelled all over the nation with us. Sometimes in an airplane. His favorite foods were meat, popcorn and MARSHMALLOWS. His 7lb self UNAPOLOGETICALLY filled our lives and took up all the space he wanted. He marked and claimed the world as his own. He knew his worth and didn’t have to question his position in our lives or the world.

I DON’T KNOW WHAT WE DID TO DESERVE HIM, BUT we are so GRATEFUL and honored that we got to be his family, for everything he taught us, and for his trust and love.

I’m happy we were by his side As he TRANSITIONED into the unknown. He is loved and will always be at home and lives, our memories and hearts.
